What is the REGENT+ home maintenance concierge program?

The REGENT+ concierge program offers a one-stop solution for your home maintenance needs in the Winchester / Frederick County, VA area.

We developed this program after noticing that many of our clients needed help with maintenance tasks and were being overcharged for home maintenance.

Furthermore, many of our clients in 55+ communities reside in the area part-time and need a trusted person to look after their house while they are away.

The REGENT+ program is currently being finalized and tested with a few long-time clients. We anticipate it will be fully launched and available to all our clients around July-August of 2026.

It will include regular maintenance visits, repairs, referrals to trusted vendors at pre-screened prices, smart home installation and support, as well as discounts on home maintenance stores.
